Report: Real Madrid Prepare Bid For Chelsea Ace Thibaut Courtois

Real Madrid are preparing a bid to price Thibaut Courtois away from Chelsea this summer, according to reports in Spain.

Courtois hinted he could leave Chelsea when speaking after Belgium third place play-off win over England.

Now, According to Marca, Real are preparing a bid and have no interest in any other Goalkeeper.

Real Madrid had been linked with a move for De Gea and Allison but Courtois is now their top target this summer.

Courtois won the Golden Glove at the 2018 World Cup as Belgium finished third and impressed with some top saves in Russia.

And with just 12 months left on his contract, Chelsea are ready to negotiate a sale.

Madrid are keen on signing the 26-year-old because they think negotiations will be easier than dealing for De Gea or Allison and also because he was impressive at the 2018 World Cup.

Courtois spent three seasons from Chelsea on loan at Atletico Madrid.

His children live in Spain and he's admitted he wants to spend more time with them.

Courtois could also be joined at Madrid by teammate Eden Hazard who also hinted at a Chelsea exit on Saturday.

But Courtois is likely to be signed first with Chelsea ready to sign AS Roma's Allison to replace him now that Maurizio Sarri has joined the club.

"I'm going to talk to my agent to see what the possibilities are,” Courtois said.

"All options are open for me, I may also stay at Chelsea.

"People always complain that players don't comply with their contracts, but maybe they do.

"I don't think they will keep someone with my qualities on the bench, even if I don't sign.

"I will go back and see what they want and how they say it."

And he even joked he and Hazard would come as a package deal.

Courtois joked: "Wherever I go, Hazard must come along.

"We will not let each other go. We'll see."
