Floyd Mayweather Confirms He Is Coming Out Of Retirement To Fight Manny Pacquiao

Floyd Mayweather has confirmed he is coming out of retirement and will fight Manny Pacquiao in December.

Mayweather, whose last fight was against Conor McGregor in 2017 posted a message on his Instagram page stating the match is on.

He posted a video on his Instagram with Mayweather heard saying: "I'm coming back in December".

And the American added the caption: "I’m coming back to fight Manny Pacquiao this year another 9 figure pay day on the way."

The 41-year-old made it 50-0 with the McGregor victory, a tenth round stoppage in Las Vegas but hung up his gloves immediately after.

However, has confirmed he is getting back into the ring later this year to face Pacquiao.

Pacquiao has been linked with a fight against Amir Khan but now a rematch with Mayweather appears to be the answer.

"Mayweather? If he decides to go back to boxing then that is the time we are going to call the shots,” Pacquiao said in July.

"I have the belt, so it's up to him.

“If he wants to come back in boxing let's do a second one.”
